Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

International Orders and Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed by their country's regulations. These fees are collected at the time of delivery and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

As stated in our return policy, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
