Dusty Building Company — Domestic & International Orders

At Dusty Building Company, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This return and refund policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and internationally, subject to any additional rights required by applicable law.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for domestic and international orders. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, subject to the eligibility requirements and applicable consumer protection laws described below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

·       Customer pays: If you change your mind, select the wrong size, find that an item doesn't fit, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

·       Dusty Building Company pays: If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we send you the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

These terms are subject to mandatory consumer protection laws. Additional rights may apply depending on your location and the circumstances of your return.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions explaining where and how to send your item. Where applicable, we'll also provide a return shipping label. For approved returns covered by our damaged, defective, or incorrect-item policy, Dusty Building Company will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Domestic Returns — United States

For orders shipped within the United States, customers must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, poor fit, or no longer wanting the item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we send an incorrect item, Dusty Building Company will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

4. International Returns

International customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Before sending an international return, please contact us for authorization and return instructions.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, poor fit, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable fees associated with returning the merchandise.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we send an incorrect item, Dusty Building Company will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable and as required by law.

International customers are responsible for complying with applicable customs requirements when returning goods. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges associated with the original shipment are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the original order. Such charges may not be refundable by Dusty Building Company.

European Union and other applicable consumer rights: Customers in jurisdictions with mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer protection rights retain those rights regardless of the standard 30-day return policy described above.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly at Support@DustyBuildingCo.shop or Cam@DustyBuildingCo.shop. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

We'll review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.

For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Dusty Building Company will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide instructions and arrange the appropriate shipping method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return:

·       Sale items and discounted merchandise.

·       Gift cards.

·       Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products.

·       Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging.

These exclusions do not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or other consumer rights that apply under local law.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

7. Exchanges

We generally recommend returning your original item, subject to our return eligibility requirements, and placing a separate order for the replacement item once your return is approved.

For exchanges resulting from a change of mind, incorrect size, or poor fit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Dusty Building Company will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

8. European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and your purchase is covered by applicable distance-selling rules, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

To exercise this right, contact us within the applicable withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Where permitted by law and where the required information was provided before purchase, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty or does not conform to the contract, different legal protections may apply.

Refunds, including applicable delivery charges, will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under EU law or other applicable local consumer protection laws. Statutory rights may apply even when an item would otherwise be excluded under our standard return policy.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days of approval. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for assistance.

Refund amounts and any refundable shipping charges will be determined in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
